Roger’s passion for the game of volleyball has come through the parent experience of club volleyball over the past decade. Roger and his wife Melissa have six children and reside in Pella, Iowa. He has a daughter and son playing volleyball at the next level. Roger has witnessed the positive impact intentional coaching and mentorship can have on an athlete’s confidence and ability to grow physically, mentally, and spiritually. He brings an extensive amount of business experience to RVA. Roger has worked as a trusted corporate business partner and consultant to independently owned and operated dealerships and businesses in the United States, Canada, Europe, and Asia. His strengths lie in the areas of strategic business planning, business financial performance, business metrics, business process improvement, and relationship building. Roger is excited to work closely with his business partners, who actually possess volleyball skills, to create an exceptional athlete experience at RVA.
